With more than 10 years of experience, Justin is a strategy professional who has helped some of the world’s top companies thrive in a growing economy. Prior to Olive Row Partners, Justin spent the bulk of his career as a management consultant at Bain & Company, where he initially joined as an Associate Consultant—building a strong analytical toolkit—before progressing as a Manager and shifting his focus to his clients' most-strategic questions. At Bain, he advised clients in the Private Equity, Technology, Healthcare, Financial Services, Aerospace & Defense, and Oil & Gas spaces, both domestically and internationally.

Additionally, Justin has also spent years working in the Consumer Products and Retail industries. At Georgia-Pacific, he managed Strategic Analytics and Customer / Channel Analytics (in various sales and finance roles), before spending time on Nike's Global Business Planning team.

Born in Charleston, SC, Justin's family relocated to Atlanta, GA before he was old enough to walk. He remained in Atlanta and earned a BA in Economics from Morehouse College before moving to Boston, MA and earning an MBA from Harvard Business School. In his spare time, Justin enjoys travelling and has visited more than 40 countries. He also loves spending time with his family and friends, and rooting for his beloved Braves, Falcons, Hawks, Dawgs, and Tottenham Hotspur.
